Refunds & Cancellation

• • You can cancel anytime from Profile → Manage Subscription — no phone calls, no hoops.
• • When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. You won't be charged again.
• • Your projects and manuscripts are never deleted when you cancel — you can still read and export your work on the free plan.

• • First-time purchase: if Story Bible Studio isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.
• • Renewals: if a renewal catches you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll put it right.
• • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

• • Free trials never charge you — no card details are taken, so there's nothing to refund.
• • AI credits included with your plan are part of the subscription. Separately purchased credit top-ups are refundable within 14 days if unused.
